Who is behind Workify

Workify is a Danish company building analytics for small commerce brands: it reads the sales and marketing data a merchant already has and explains, in plain language, what changed and what it is worth. The same people who build it write the guide library - 21 guides on running a webshop in Denmark.

The company

Who writes the guides

We do - the same small team that builds the product. The guides are published by Workify ApS rather than under individual bylines, because the company is what stands behind them: a registered Danish company with an address and a CVR number, both above. If a number in a guide is wrong, there is a real entity to answer for it.

Every guide still carries a publication date, the date its content last changed, and the date its figures were last checked against the source. That is not decoration: the guides quote third-party numbers - Shopify plan prices, card fees, statutory deadlines - and those move.

How the numbers are checked

Each guide records three separate dates, because they answer different questions: when it was published, when the content last changed materially, and when its figures were last verified against primary sources. Copy-editing moves none of them - "updated today" on a synonym swap promises a reader new material that is not there. Where a claim rests on a law or a regulation, the guide cites it by name and paragraph in a reference table rather than asserting it.
